Become a Lead Engineer in Nuclear Instrumentation, driving engineering excellence for power generation utilities. Use your substantial I&C; engineering background to influence project outcomes positively.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Electrical or Instrumentation and Control Engineering along with at least 8 years of substantial industry experience. In this senior role, you will lead design and implementation processes while maintaining rigorous adherence to nuclear safety standards. Your ability to mentor junior engineers and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the design and assessment of advanced control systems
• Serve as the primary technical leader on project teams
• Evaluate client needs and develop effective technical proposals
• Interface with partners to ensure quality project outcomes
• Provide in office engineering support for system upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Must hold P.Eng (PEO status) or be eligible
• Minimum of 8 years work experience in heavy industry
• Extensive knowledge of nuclear operations and control systems
• Strong leadership and communicative abilities
