Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for effective daily facility operations
• Conduct Critical Spares Analyses and Root Cause Analyses
• Promote safe work environments for all personnel




• Champion asset standardization and compliance with regulations
• Develop KPIs to monitor maintenance performance metrics

Requirements:
• Five years of Maintenance Management experience required
• Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma essential
• Professional certifications considered an asset
• Working knowledge of ammonia plant operations
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
