As a Breakfast Cook, you'll specialize in breakfast meal preparations while assisting with lunch and dinner. You'll be crucial in supporting the Chef and ensuring the kitchen maintains food safety standards. Both independent and cooperative efforts are essential in this energetic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve breakfast in a timely manner
Assist in preparing lunch and dinner as required
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with Chef to ensure smooth operations
Follow food safety protocols and handling procedures

Requirements:
Culinary program completion or relevant experience
Previous remote camp cooking experience preferred
Food Safety and Handling certification essential
Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability for early morning shifts beginning at 4:00 a.m.
