WestJet is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Disruption Management team. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and translate disruption challenges into actionable capabilities to enable faster, informed operational decisions.

Working across Operations, OCC, frontline, commercial, Product and Technology, you will shape data-driven solutions, establish KPIs, and support the rollout of decision-support and disruption visualization across the end-to-end disruption journey.
