Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking an Investigation Coordinator to handle QA processes for ancillary product refund cancellations. You will gather product-level data and input it into multiple systems, while resolving quotes within the Refund Plus workflow.

You will also maintain dealer/provider information and focus on aged or priority loans needing manual intervention to meet SLAs. A cooperative role with internal and client teams is essential.
