Carefor, a leader in home and community care in Eastern Ontario, is seeking a Personal Support Worker to aid individuals and families in their homes. This role involves assisting with personal care and daily living activities, promoting clients' independence and overall well-being.

You will work collaboratively with a team geared towards providing high-quality support services tailored to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in daily tasks such as dressing and grooming
Offer light housekeeping and meal preparation support




Provide respite care and companionship
Record observations and changes in client routines
Carry out other duties adhering to care policies

Requirements:
Ontario Certified Personal Support Worker or similar qualification
Up-to-date vaccinations and a explicit Vulnerable Sector check
Experience in Palliative Care is beneficial
First Aid CPR certification preferred
Vehicle necessary for transportation to clients
