Key Responsibilities:



- Guide warehouse associates in daily tasks and operations - Communicate risks of missed targets to the Supervisors - Develop recovery plans to address at-risk performance - Track inventory and manage requisitions using SAP - Address and resolve exceptions in logistics processes
Requirements: - At least two years of leadership in a warehouse context - Robust computer skills, especially in Excel and SAP - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Proven commitment to safety and quality standards - Flexibility to adapt to changing shift hours
