Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and explain collection procedures
Conduct phlebotomy and Holter monitor tasks
Execute clinical trials and medical/legal test collections
Maintain robust relationships with clients and address their inquiries
Complete essential patient data entry and specimen prep

Requirements:
Graduate from Laboratory Assistant program preferred
Phlebotomy experience is advantageous
Qualified in ECG training is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Capability to uphold strict confidentiality standards
