Affordable Livestock Equipment is hiring a MIG Welder/Fabricator in Melfort, Saskatchewan. This full time position offers competitive pay, clear performance incentives, and a welcoming work atmosphere.

We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of MIG welding experience to assist in our growing production facilities. Your responsibilities will include MIG welding, part pressing, and tacking assemblies, along with grinding and cutting tasks as required. While pre-employment experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We prioritize positive work culture, with events like BBQs and parties throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct MIG welding on various materials
• Press and prepare parts for production




• Load and tack assemblies for final construction
• Utilize grinding and cutting equipment effectively
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant MIG welding experience
• Education to a Grade 12 level
• Team-first attitude with a focus on quality
• Capacity to work during standard daytime hours
• Enthusiasm for learning and development in welding
