Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a robust procurement strategy, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead sourcing initiatives for key categories, focusing on cost reduction, quality, and supplier reliability.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.




Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in procurement , with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Proven success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in advanced procurement software and digital tools for remote collaboration.
