In this role, you will guide the Kitchen department's associates, focusing on talent development and outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you are responsible for coaching, training, and supporting team members in their daily tasks. Your active presence on the sales floor will help foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the Kitchen team’s workload and performance
• Regularly provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness
• Assist in hiring and onboarding recent associates




• Partner on operational strategies and customer feedback
• Promote superior customer interactions throughout the store

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service leadership
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to actively engage with customers daily
