As a Parts Advisor, you will report to the Fixed Operations Manager at our Vancouver location. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in selecting parts while ensuring a clean and well-stocked inventory. You will manage receiving shipments, provide price information, and facilitate parts delivery to technicians ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Check and count parts upon arrival from suppliers
• Assist customers in selecting required parts
• Inform customers of specials and companion part needs




• Answer inbound calls for pricing and parts inquiries
• Use company vehicle for parts deliveries and pickups

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor
• CDK experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
