Join the Capilano Students' Union as an Administrative Assistant, focused on administrative tasks and member services. This on-site position offers 15 hours of work each week in a dynamic student setting.

As a Student Employee, you will report to the Executive Director and engage actively in office functions. Your role entails everything from providing reception support to administrative tasks like minutes-taking and organizing committee meetings. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including full-day reception coverage once a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception duties ensuring member direction
• Take and manage minutes at meetings
• Assist in coordinating meeting schedules and spaces




• Handle accounts payable and cheque distribution
• Update internal information boards and inventory

Requirements:
• Must be a current Capilano University student
• Minimum six months of office experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and queries
• Strong organizational skills for effective workflow
