Our Production Supervisor - Painting (evening) will have as a primary mission to develop and mobilize their team members. While continuously improving work processes, they will have to structure operational activities to meet the expected results of their department. Their team will consist of between 20 and 30 people
Your profile:
As the ideal candidate,
Vocational or college training in a technical field, or the equivalent;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing management in a unionized workplace & experience in automotive painting;
Good understanding of the Office suite;
Mastery of continuous improvement management methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
