Acquire new sales through client-focused insurance advice and solutions based on insurance needs analysis

Proactively engage with potential clients over the phone or in person and establish trusted advisor relationships

Provide existing clients with excellent advice and client experience to retain their business

Meet clients virtually or in an RBC Insurance store location

Expand external networks, capitalize on market opportunities, and generate referrals

Grow the business through quality sales while maintaining underwriting requirements

Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales success through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and referrals to team members and RBC partners

Requirements

General Insurance License to sell home and auto insurance

Proven skilled sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset

Results oriented and driven to succeed, passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs

Interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills

Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools





Bilingualism (French and English) — nice-to-have

Proven success in achieving sales targets — nice-to-have
