In this position as Assistant to Faculty and Undergraduate Course Delivery, you will provide essential support to the School of Nursing, including organizing course materials and managing evaluations. Your ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a culturally responsive environment will be key to successful collaboration with faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain course delivery materials
• Assist in scheduling and administrative support for faculty
• Manage special projects and coordinate events effectively




• Prepare meeting documentation and take minutes accurately
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff

Requirements:
• At least three years of administrative experience in an educational context
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Experience handling confidential information
• Familiarity with event planning and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related tools
