Under general supervision, the Material Handler – Kitting carries out semi-routine tasks in support of the warehouse function. The Material Handler – Kitting generally works with clearly established procedures to perform responsibilities.Responsibilities
Assists with interplant transfersDoor Service (P0LR);
works with company inventory systemTransfers excess material between customersPerforms cycle count activitiesResolves discrepancies and recommends changes to processes to reduce future discrepanciesMaintains and updates policies and procedures and trains others as requiredReplenishes raw material using a variety of established replenishment methodsExpedite shortages or potential shortages in order that manufacturing and/or customer orders can be satisfied in a timely mannerRequirements
At least one (1) year of previous warehouse, material handling, and/or electronics-related experience, minimumHigh School Education, minimumStrong organizational, communication, and attention to detail aptitudeExcellent PC skills are requiredBasic math skills are requiredWhat's in it for you
