As part of BBYO, you'll work directly with Jewish teens to help them thrive as leaders. Your robust relationship-building skills will be crucial as you collaborate with both teens and community members. By guiding programming and engagement initiatives, you will contribute significantly to the vibrant teen community across Toronto, Vaughan, Hamilton, and Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and coach teen leaders for chapter excellence
Develop engaging programming and planning calendars
Organize cutting-edge regional conventions and workshops
Foster member recruitment and year-round engagement
Build partnerships with parents and alumni groups
Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience with youth and community engagement
Robust project coordination and event planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events
