We are in search of a meticulous Cost Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying. You will work alongside the project controls team to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked and reported. This includes validating subcontractor submissions and ensuring adherence to contractual standards across various projects in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate subcontractor cost submissions comprehensively
