Actively support participants as an Overnight Safety Monitor at the Wellbriety Centre in Thompson, MB. This full-time role is vital for ensuring a safe and welcoming setting during overnight shifts.

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, your primary focus will be on the emotional welfare and safety of the Centre's participants. You'll handle incidents calmly, communicate effectively with management, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities include monitoring the facility frequently and assisting with daily operational needs such as distributing hygiene items and meals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety by monitoring participants regularly
• Assist with centre operations such as meal service
• Prepare detailed incident reports as needed




• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Build relationships to support participant goals

Requirements:
• Experience related to vulnerable populations is essential
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Must pass necessary background checks upon hiring
