In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Care and deliver compassionate nursing services tailored to the needs of each resident. Your responsibilities include overseeing the care provided, fostering a supportive atmosphere, and ensuring all health protocols are followed. You will also play a crucial role in supervising Personal Support Workers and communicating with residents and their families actively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care in accordance with physicians’ orders and policies
• Ensure excellent delivery of nursing and personal care
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for residents




• Oversee effective communication for resident care
• Guide Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse license with Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is beneficial
• Solid decision-making and risk assessment capabilities
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Background check required for all candidates
