As an Accounting Assistant , you will need professionalexperience with QuickBooks and some experience with Excel .

Qualification / Education

Knowledgeand experience in bookkeeping and office management.

Proficiencyin QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.

Mustbe detail driven, well organized, and highly motivated.

Mustdemonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks to meetdeadlines.





Mustbe a rapid learner and show strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Diplomain accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent education

1-2years’ experience in accounting

Responsibilities

Monitoraccounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of outstandinginvoices.

Performingday-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, andrecording accounts.

Collectdata, calculate, and process contractors’ payments and commissions.

Verifyand process vendor’s bills and expenses reimbursement.

Trackand collect outstanding receivables.

Sortout and categorize credit card expenses correctly.

Postjournal entries and reconcile bank accounts at regular basis.

Assistin preparing financial reports by collecting, compiling and analyzing datafrom internal system.

Ad-hocwork as per required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Salary: From $40,000.00 to 50,000.00 per year
