Family Service Regina Inc. is hiring a Domestic Violence Caseworker to provide critical support and intervention for those affected by family violence. Engage with clients in a non-judgmental environment.

As a Domestic Violence Caseworker at Family Service Regina Inc., you will manage cases for intimate partner violence survivors and assist vulnerable older adults through the Older Adult Response Services (OARS). The successful candidate will need to apply trauma-informed care techniques and exhibit robust advocacy skills while navigating complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver case management for domestic violence survivors
• Implement supportive interventions through OARS
• Build effective relationships with clients and community partners




• exercise professional judgment in crisis scenarios
• Coordinate services within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in trauma-informed care practices
• Familiarity with the criminal and civil justice systems
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks required
