Job Summary

Duties
Use hand tools and power tools to thoroughly clean and inspect air ducts, vents, and related components.
Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to ductwork and ventilation systems to ensure proper operation.
Conduct commercial cleaning of HVAC systems, including removing dust, mold, and other buildup.
Assist with heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely during cleaning operations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and address any questions or concerns.




Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during cleaning procedures.
Maintain detailed records of work completed, including inspection reports and service logs.

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in duct maintenance.
Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning tasks.
Excellent time management skills to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
Knowledge of HVAC systems or custodial experience is a plus.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
