Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure rights of individuals are respected and advocated
• Interact effectively with the people you support
• Facilitate daily living activities and medication administration
• Document health information on the case management database
• Maintain clean and well-kept living environments
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in social services
• Current First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certificates
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Criminal record clearance required
