Join the La Ronge Health Centre as a full-time Community Mental Health Nurse. Provide essential case management for individuals with chronic mental illness while engaging in a multidisciplinary team environment.

This nursing position focuses on implementing mental health services individually and in groups. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing. You’ll thrive with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of community resources designed to support various needs in high-risk populations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive case management for chronic mental illnesses
• Deliver services in individual and group contexts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care




• Maintain knowledge of community treatment programs
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered or eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
• Robust computer skills and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of high-risk population dynamics
