The YMCA of the National Capital Region is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker for the Back on Track Kanata program. This is a full time contract role based in Kanata, with hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, supporting high school students in a restorative, skills-building setting.
Responsibilities include individual and group interventions, workshop facilitation, case management, and regular progress reporting.
