Elevate children's swimming skills as a Swim Lesson Supervisor with Pedalheads in Toronto. This part time, seasonal position focuses on mentoring, teaching, and ensuring safety on deck and in water.

In this role, you will blend leadership with hands-on instruction to deliver quality swim lessons while assuring the safety of all participants. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about swimming and enjoy creating engaging experiences for students and families. You'll work closely with instructors and the Swim Management Team to ensure program standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional swim lessons and support instructors
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Mentor and coach fellow instructors on teaching techniques




• Handle emergencies and perform first aid as needed
• Complete progress evaluations and manage class schedules

Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
• Lifeguard and CPR certifications are preferred
• Experience in aquatics and customer service
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Availability for evenings and weekends
