In this role, you will report to the Track Supervisor and Foreman, primarily working on the installation of track ties. Your role is integral to the smooth operation of rail maintenance, ensuring safety and accuracy in all assigned tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Embrace and adhere to safety procedures
• Repair and replace various track components
• Inspect tracks and report problems effectively
• Safely operate company equipment and vehicles
• Manage documentation as per quality standards

Requirements:
• 1 year experience in construction/labour preferred
• Competency in following directions independently
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
