Become a Service Technician at Access Cash, part of Perativ, handling ATM services across Kitchener to Sarnia. Engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal ATM performance.

In this key role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and training customers on ATM functionality. Your expertise in electronics and great problem-solving skills will help ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires flexibility for evening and weekend on-call support in addition to regular daily tasks and maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stage and test new ATM terminals to ensure functionality
• Install and uninstall ATMs at customer locations
• Provide in office training and troubleshooting for clients




• Diagnose and repair issues that cannot be resolved remotely
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on-site

Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience with electronics and/or mechanical repairs
• Customer service training is an asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must pass criminal and credit background checks
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more consistently
