As a Community Health Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, meal preparation, and overall personal care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living tasks following care plans
• Support client independence through personal care




• Perform tasks delegated after appropriate training
• Promote well-being amongst clients and families
• Work collaboratively with management and health teams

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Proven experience in home health care
• Compassionate and patient approach to care
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
