Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Executive Chef on culinary operations
• Develop training programs for the culinary team




• Establish standards for food quality and presentation
• Analyze costs to enhance profitability and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive food safety practices

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years culinary leadership experience
• Red Seal Certification and CCC designation considered
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
