As a Leave of Absence Case Manager, you'll manage multiple leave programs for CCH. With a focus on compliance and support, you'll guide employees and HR through the complexities of leave rights and responsibilities. Your expertise will directly enhance the organization's mission to serve at-risk populations across Colorado by streamlining leave processes and ensuring seamless return-to-work transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer leave programs like FMLA and ADA accommodations
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work plans
• Review leave requests,

• Track leave usage and maintain audit-ready records

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years administering leave programs
• Experience with ADA accommodations and workers’ compensation
• High-volume leave claims management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Associate’s degree preferred in HR or perks field
