This role requires a college diploma or university degree in a legal program, coupled with 3-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation. You will manage practice aspects, draft documents, and facilitate independent examinations while showing a commitment to our team philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage practice and undertake drafting pleadings
• Prepare undertaking charts and collaborate with counsel
• Arrange Independent Examinations and retain experts




• Summarize document productions and maintain records
• Support Trial/Arbitration preparation and drafting tasks

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of Legal experience in Insurance Defence Litigation
• Strong document management and software proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail
• Eligible to work in Canada
