The Opportunity

What you Will Do

Translate data from legacy and third-party systems into the Catalis cloud platform by executing data cleansing, preparation,



and migration activities aligned with approved mapping specifications

Ensure data is accurately transformed, validated, and ready for go-live, while supporting cutover execution and timely issue resolution

Perform data profiling and cleansing, including formatting, de-duplication, normalization, and required field completion, to improve load success and reduce defects

Execute mock migrations in lower environments, capturing results, exceptions, and reconciliation outputs for review by the Implementation team

Validate migration outcomes using defined reconciliation checks, including record counts, key field verification, and exception reporting, and elevate variances as needed

Provide post go-live support by resolving migration-related data issues, including reloads, script corrections, and follow‑up loads, ensuring final migration artifacts are handed off to support teams

Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Implementation team to ensure data is transferred accurately, completely, and within agreed timelines

Maintain, and execute data mapping documentation, define source to‑target relationships, transformation rules, validation logic, and assumptions to support high quality and repeatable data migrations





Develop and maintain scalable data migration tooling, including optimized PostgreSQL stored procedures, .NET/C# migration workflows, and Python‑based automation

Requirements
What you Will Need to Succeed

1+ years of experience in implementation, development, or data‑centric roles, ideally supporting SaaS solutions, ERP implementations, or data migration projects

Expert or advanced skills in MS‑SQL or PostgreSQL

Ability to write data conversion scripts and perform complex queries (CTE, energetic queries, stored procedures, window function).

Experience with C#, Python, or other programming languages is considered a strong asset

Proficient with Git for source control, including merging and pull requests

Experience working with APIs for data extraction or ingestion

Experience working with Municipal ERP, Accounting, Tax, Utilities, Payroll software is an asset

Experience with data migrations, ETL processes, SSIS packages, and AWS/Cloud is an asset

Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar project and documentation platforms
