Reporting to the Director, Public Interest and Corporate Secretary, you will facilitate meeting operations, track compliance matters, and support board evaluations. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience and a meticulous eye for detail. This position demands solid communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information judiciously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support all Board meetings and prepare agendas
• Write comprehensive minutes and manage records
• Coordinate annual elections of directors according to bylaws




• Maintain efficient document management and archives
• Assist with ongoing training for Board members

Requirements:
• At least three years in Corporate Governance or related fields
• Proven experience with board meeting logistics
• Robust judgment in handling confidential information
• Cooperative mindset and independence in task execution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BoardVantage preferred
