Clearway seeks a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee complex construction projects across the Lower Mainland. This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and strict adherence to project specifications.

As a seasoned Construction Site Superintendent, you will utilize your civil construction expertise and strong leadership skills in managing resources, equipment, and subcontractors on-site. Reporting to the Construction Manager of the BC Division, you will ensure compliance with contract documents and the owner’s standards while driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction projects according to contract documents
• Monitor safety compliance among all labour forces




• Complete daily reports and Health and Safety documentation
• Enforce project safety and quality-control policies
• Coordinate construction crews, equipment, and subcontractors

Requirements:
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree
• 5+ years of civil construction experience
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
• Solid communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
