In this on-site role, you will report to the Director of People Services & Culture and oversee YHC’s human resources functions. Your focus will include labour relations, employee relations, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to developing people-focused policies and fostering strong internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategies
• Support labour and employee relations processes
• Develop policies and programs that prioritize people




• Manage recruitment and workforce development efforts
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR management or business
• Minimum of five years in strategic HR management
• Experience in unionized environments, preferably in health care
• Proven leadership in high-performing teams
• CPHR or CHRL designation preferred
