Market, demonstrate, and sell new and used agricultural equipment and large property/landscape equipment

Promote other company goods and services and stay informed about promotions and special events

Profile new and existing customers while ensuring satisfaction with products and services

Monitor business trends affecting customer purchases

Attend John Deere or in-house training seminars, product introductions, and farm or turf trade shows

Maintain current knowledge of equipment products, features, and benefits

Build customer relationships and provide expert guidance on farming, turf, and property needs

Requirements

Competitive self-starter with discipline and goal orientation

Excellent communication and listening skills

Strong organization and time management

Familiarity with farming practices, GPS, and Precision Agriculture

Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work rotating weekends

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in agricultural sales or customer-facing roles preferred

Familiarity with John Deere products preferred
