Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough resident nursing assessments and prioritize care

Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Nursing program with BSN
• At least 1 year experience preferred, Gerontology focused
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Must hold current CPR certification
• Preferred knowledge of RAI/MDS 2.0 and electronic documentation
