Sienna Senior Living is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to assist in various aspects of corporate governance, securities, and regulatory compliance. With 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, you will support public company matters and work closely with the finance team on legal disclosures and filings. The role emphasizes collaboration across Retirement and Long-Term Care business segments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for corporate governance and compliance matters
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures




• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for business units
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation issues
• Automate and enhance internal legal policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in M&A;
• Familiarity with securities law and regulatory filings
• Strong analytical skills and collaborative approach
