Key Responsibilities:
• Drive compliance with safety and food safety standards
• Manage operational performance in all aspects of the plant
• Embed Lean methodologies to enhance productivity
• Foster leadership development and team accountability
• Shape plant investment and technology priorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, or similar
• 7-10 years in manufacturing with substantial leadership roles
• Proficiency in food quality standards and compliance
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with automated systems and budgets
