You will ensure that providers understand the complexities of risk adjustment and HEDIS measures while preparing for audits and enhancing patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver provider education programs on HEDIS and coding
• Set performance goals and timelines for educational initiatives




• Serve as a subject matter expert on documentation and coding
• Conduct reviews to identify gaps and trends in coding practices
• Develop training materials and curricula for provider onboarding

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields
• 4+ years in medical coding, risk adjustment, or provider education
• Active CRC or CPC certification
• Solid knowledge of Medicare Advantage and ICD-10-CM coding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
