In this senior advisory role, you will report to the Vice President of Resilience Management, working within the Technology Solutions line of business. Your expertise will be critical in delivering quantitative and qualitative insights on resilience metrics to various stakeholders. You’ll lead operational resiliency activities, testing methodologies, and facilitate observation management while collaborating across closely aligned governance and control teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interact regularly with portfolio executives for insights and assurance
• Lead operational resiliency testing and management activities




• Provide visibility into key performance metrics and timelines
• Collaborate with governance and risk control teams
• Summarize complex information for executive-level presentations

Requirements:
• 10+ years in business or governance roles
• Deep understanding of regulatory resiliency requirements
• Robust knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
