You will develop Life Skills, engage residents daily, and organize enrichment groups to enhance quality of life. The role requires 1+ year memory-impaired seniors experience, a HS Diploma or GED, solid communication and organization, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability. Group leadership experience is a plus. Pay range 20.65–25.90 CAD/hour.
