In the role of Digital Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of diverse digital initiatives at Wellington-Altus Financial Inc. This position requires collaboration with business users, product owners, and vendors to manage expectations and communicate clearly about project milestones and blockers. Your coordination efforts will ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the delivery of digital and data projects
• Prepare status updates and project roadmaps




• Identify and manage project dependencies and risks
• Coordinate operational preparedness for launches
• Lead scrum ceremonies and other meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in project coordination roles
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Basic understanding of data concepts and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
