Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Scrum and Kanban frameworks within product teams
• Lead high-impact agile ceremonies with servant leadership
• Collaborate with Product Managers for backlog management




• Analyze performance metrics using Jira and Looker Studio
• Proactively resolve technical dependencies and roadblocks

Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bachelor's Degree and first-level Scrum Master certification
• 3+ years in a Scrum Master role within SaaS
• Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Effective at delivering strategic product increments
