In this casual/on-call position, you will help youth in care manage their daily activities and emotional needs, ensuring trauma-informed practices are central to your support. Collaboration with community resources will enhance the effectiveness of your contributions, and opportunities for part time or full-time positions may arise as you demonstrate your skills and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage youth in daily activities and health care
• Collaborate with various community services and programs




• Implement and oversee personalized care plans
• Support family relationships and advocate for individuals
• Record and monitor individual progress through documentation

Requirements:
• Experience with complex behavioral challenges
• Degree in Social Work or related area
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches
• Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
