Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line support for hardware and software issues
• Document and prioritize support requests in a timely manner




• Train and assist users on technology functionalities
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including networks
• Develop and update user manuals and knowledge bases

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or certificate in Computer Science
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of ITIL best practice framework
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
