PAARC is seeking a dedicated Addictions Counsellor/Case Manager to develop and manage its Opioids Program. This full-time role involves conducting assessments, creating tailored care plans, and facilitating group sessions while advocating for client needs. Your expertise will play a crucial part in helping individuals navigate their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake screenings
• Provide ongoing counselling and case management services




• Respond effectively to crisis situations
• Facilitate structured therapy and support groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of client files

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Trauma-informed counselling skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
